Trigradient unit test is failing #21
Description
The test uses a data array taken from a very old version of matplotlib's docs. The latest version of the docs uses a cubic interpolation scheme rather than the linear scheme used in PyFVCOM. Need to do a little digging to work out why it's now failing.
