Business Cycles and How to Tame Them: Source Files

This repository contains the source files for the minicourse "Business Cycles and How to Tame Them", developed by Pascal Michaillat, and taught at the Reserve Bank of India and Bank of Italy.

Lecture slides

The source files for the lecture slides are located in the lectureslides folder. The lecture slides are written in LaTeX and compiled to PDF using pdfTeX. The lecture slides are organized in four slide decks for four two-hour lectures:

Figures

The source files for the figures inserted in the lecture slides are located in the figures folder. The figures are produced with Keynote and exported to PDF:

Style files

The lectureslides folder also contains the LaTeX style files used to format the slides:

• presentation.sty - Formatting for academic presentations
• lecture.sty - Formatting adjustments for lecture slides
• math.sty - Commands to write math
