 I ended up using Intellij for my work. 
 I needed a plugin for Resin server, 
 but that version doesn't support the plugin yet, 
 so I build it.
 
 If they provide support, this repository will be deleted.

Project

1. You need to install Plugin DevKit.

2. Next, gradle run build project

3. And then, ResinRun.properties, resin.resin.version.versionmapping.properties put in build classes

4. gradle run buildPlugin
