Add more info to readme and add various fixes

- Set to VIE encryption by default so the client is easier to use.
- Don't increase bounty if target killed was 0 bounty.
- Add timer drift and map crc32 to security packet with Continuum
  connection.
- Fix some prize seed mutations.
- Fix downloading level screen with vie connections.
- Fix ship reset on warp prize.
