Publish and unpublish not working anymore with Strapi v5 and the publisher beta version

Can confirm this issue.

The default language works as expected, but for any other locale the behavior is as follows:

1. Create the publish action
2. Wait for the action to happen
3. The action get's deleted, but was never performed

Even though the action did not perform as expected, I see no logging about that in my console. Making this essentially a silent error. Related to #174

Strapi v5 now have i18n in the core and all locale share the same documentId. When findOne called without a locale, it uses default locale. As publisher-plugin currently do not store which locale is using, it will find the wrong records and publish the default locale one.

@arku3, yes you are right.

This used to work in v4 because each locale had a different id. So we just needed to store the id and that did the trick.

For v5 we now need to store the locale as well in the Publisher Action. We’re working in this.
