Prevent toolchain on old OS #38
Description
This week we had a user in the Daisy discord trying to use the toolchain on macOS 10.14
Plugdata worked fine (and so did hvcc), however the dfu-util we include comes from the CI and didn't work on their machine.
Perhaps we should just detect a minimum OS version and prevent the toolchain from being downloaded. Instead giving an info screen that explains that their OS is too old for running the compiler properly.
It's very hard to support extremely old OSes so at least setting a minimum bar is not the worst thing (although I also appreciate being able to use older installs).
