[Feature Request] Update Mathjax to 4.x

In due time, could you upgrade the shipped verion of Mathjax in Plotly Dash from version 3.2 to a newer 4.x version.

Our dependencies scanners are starting to pick up that the current 3.2 (from 2022) is starting to become quite out of date.

@ghaarsma thanks for raising this. Plotly.py and Plotly.js just released support for Mathjax 4.x so this is unblocked as of this week!
