Automate deployment to 6.dev-docs.plone.org

We need to deploy documentation under development to 6-dev.docs.plone.org 6-dev-docs.plone.org.

• Create space for automatic deployments under our own hosting.
• Get DNS entry to point 6-dev-docs.plone.org to our own hosting.
• Configure our server to resolve requests to the space.
• Create secrets and add them to Settings > Secrets
• Update GitHub Actions configuration .github/workflows/build_deploy.yml

@ericof or any other DNS manager, can you work your magic to create the necessary DNS entry?

@stevepiercy @ericof it appears that Cloudflare (at least on our opensource level) does not provide multiple level subdomains SSL - for that you need an (expensive) extra. So, I've set up 6-dev-docs.plone.org to point to 6-dev-docs-plone-org.netlify.app but that probably needs to be set up in Netlify as well.

Thank you! That should work, as soon as the pull request gets merged to 6-dev. Right now, that branch lacks sufficient build configuration.

We could use another pair of eyes to review #1141. I ported the contributing stuff from Trainings, but it definitely needs review by someone with your talent and experience, @polyester.

I deployed a preview of the PR to 6-dev-docs-plone-org.netlify.app but it appears the CNAME entry for 6-dev-docs.plone.org does not resolve to it. @polyester @ericof @tkimnguyen would you please check the DNS for this?
