class name is ambiguous #8

Hi, i have issue with the line:
class Modules_CustomButtons_CustomButtons extends pm_Hook_CustomButtons
In my extension I dont have the id "custom-buttons", and the file put in "hooks" is called buttons.php. Which of the above words/paths am i supposed to change to what?
I feel that the example would be clearer if the file wasn't named CustomButtons.php, and it is specified which of the above words refers to what.
