First release of the library.

It supports the full LanguageTool API version 1.1.2. This includes running checks again plain and markup text.
The client can also ignore issues based on a custom user dictionary file (it does not use the cloud dictionaries).

Note

It does not support any premium features or parameters from the public cloud version.
Use your own local instance.
