feature: Allow browser specific launch arguments

Not sure whats the best way for integrating this feature, either with callbacks or with something else.

Use case:

• Environment which uses user root
• Tests multiple browsers including chrome
• Chrome won't start because --no-sandbox argument was not specified.

@mxschmitt as I can understand we should give user ability to define different launch options for different browsers. Right?
If it so, maybe we can do something like this?

// jest-playwright.config.js:
module.exports = {
  ...
  browsers: ['chromium', 'firefox'],
  launchOptions: {
     // root options, that will be passed for all defined browsers
     headless: false,
     // will be used only for firefox
     firefox: {
        firefoxUserPrefs: {...}
     }
  }
}

sounds good to me. We can create a function so that we can use this for launch/connect/newContext options. 👍
