Sending username and password using POST to initate

Is it possible to initialize the mail client by sending the username and password by POST message?, instead of setting in application.conf

Any help or suggestion would be really helpfull

Sure, you can manually instantiate an SMTPMailer: https://github.com/playframework/play-mailer#multiple-smtpmailer-instances

So when you receive the username and the password from your POST request, you then configure an SMTPConfiguration:

def configureMailer = Action(parse.json) { request =>
  val username = (request.body \ "username").as[String]
  val password = (request.body \ "username").as[String]
  val config = SMTPConfiguration("localhost", 3333, user = Some(username), password = Some(password))
