Suggestion: `pcsync pullAll` -> `pcsync pull`

To conform more to hg, git, npm, etc, I'd suggest:

pcsync pull
pcsync diff

when used without parameters should assume pullAll, and skip the confirmation by default (perhaps confirm with a -i interactive flag?), and use a default extension filters set in the settings
