Closes #5090
What's changed
A new Using the MCP page has been added. The existing MCP page has been turned into an index page. A redirect might be required for: /get-started/ai/mcp.html --> /get-started/ai/mcp/_index.html
Where are changes
New url for new page will be: /get-started/ai/mcp/using_the_mcp.html
