Reason for change
Keeping all dependencies up-to-date, but also making sure that things work with the latest major version of TypeScript.
Change
Update all dependencies to latest. Also, switch the
terserplugin fromrollup-plugin-terserto@rollup/plugin-terser, as the former is deprecated and the latter is the official plugin.
