Description
Working on #472 I checked https://planet-sdk-for-python.readthedocs.io/en/latest/cli/#orders to see how to use it, and noticed that the wait command didn't have an entry. @jreiberkyle said it was just an oversight. So adding ticket here to track it to make sure we do it.
