We need an API to retrieve the entire leaderboard based on seasonId and roundId.
Pagination should be included, with a maximum limit of 1,000 entries per request.

    Let's implement pagination for rankings in the LeaderboardController using RankingRepository and ClanRankingRepository.
    Note that NineChronicles handles tied scores by assigning the last rank of the tied group

    100 score - rank 3
    100 score - rank 3
    100 score - rank 3
    99 score - rank 4
