Duplicate event handling #69
Description
Some events seem to occur multiple times for the same transaction for reasons unknown at Solana or ANchor level.
A duplicate signature cache could be used to solve this but given we are sometimes pooling multiple instructions in a single transaction, this doesn't seem to work.
Not 100% sure about our course of action here but will be open to suggestions.
