Duplicate events issue #68
Description
Duplicate events are sometimes launched due to reasons unknown at the Solana or Anchor lib level.
Handling for this could be done through a signature cache but given that we are sometimes pooling multiple concurrent instructions in a transaction, this doesn't seem to work.
