Describe the bug
Thank you for everything you are doing on this project. I successfully implemented the plugin with a custom OpenID provider. The issue I have encountered is every single time a user logs in through the plugin they are asked to link their previous account or create a new one.

To Reproduce
login using plugin
select yes I already have an account
login and connect previous account
logout
login and loop continues

What application are you using?
OJS version 3.4.0.4
Plugin version 4.0
