Summary: We are adding support for a px-k8ssandra demo. As a part of generating the YAMLs for that demo, we need to use
kustomizein the k8ssandra-operator repo. However, our current version of kustomize fails because it doesn't haveComponentsupport.This PR updates kustomize to the latest version, since we have been behind.
We should also consider updating some of our kustomize files to use the new component feature: https://github.com/kubernetes-sigs/kustomize/blob/master/examples/components.md
