Added support for new "Micro Matrix by foorschtbar"

I added support for a 4th Matrix Type, the Micro Matrix by foorschtbar. This is a very tiny 8x8 Pixel LED Matrix (20x20mm) with 64 SK6805-EC15 (1.5x1.5mm) LEDs. With four panels in a chain (8x32 Pixel) its perfect for this project.

I also:

• Fixed the Tiled 4x 8x8 CJMCU Matrix Type (its doesn't work before)
• Fixed a problem with the "Compiler Redefined MATRIX_PIN Warning"
• Added upload_speed of 460800 to platforimio.ini
