Text wrap (Around/Extend) inside Post Content, not only Sidecar content areas #669

Follow-up to #662, which made a stored wrap inert in post content (option 2).

Ask

Make Text wrap Around/Extend actually work for blocks directly in Post Content, so a long-form post can wrap text around an image without a Sidecar.

What it needs

• Rendering: lib/flow-segments.php only builds segments for novablocks/sidecar-area children. Top-level post blocks have no parent in pre_render_block, so this needs a the_content pass before do_blocks, protected from wpautop.
• CSS: the _pull-outs.scss wrap selectors assume .nb-sidecar-area--content and need to include post content.
• Editor: with-sidecar-break-controls.js shows the control only for sidecar content children, so the gate needs to include post content.
• "Text wrap: Around/Extend" does nothing inside post content, and it switches off the image's left/right placement #662 rule: extend it so a wrap inside the new post-content segments counts as placed.

Acceptance

• Around and Extend wrap text in post content at 1024px and up, and stack below 1024px (as Aligned images in post content should stack on narrow screens instead of squeezing text into a sliver #664 does).
• The editor matches the frontend.
• The sidecar-lab diff is clean.
