Спасибо. Реестром назначений номеров пейлоуда RTP занимается IANA https://www.iana.org/assignments/rtp-parameters/rtp-parameters.xhtml, в RFC3551 не актуальный список. Вижу, например, не хватает CN, MPA. |

в функции не учтено, что все умолчания - это sendrecv. Без фикса всегда получается inactive, если у одной из сторон дефолт.
