Line:159 sb.append(String.valueOf(mLastLocation.getAltitude()).substring(0, posLen));

posLen=7
remove this substing() for the Altitude will fix this
and StringBuffer sb = new StringBuffer(); can be replaced with StringBuilder sb = new StringBuilder(); for better performance I dont think that here its need synchronization
