[Docs] Add missing V1 documentation pages under UserGuide from existing PRs

What would you like to be added:

Two PRs were created with the updated V1 content, but they contain too many changes to review effectively:

PR for UserGuide/ManagingApplication: #6345
PR for UserGuide/ManagingApp/ManagingPiped: #6347

Why is this needed:
We need to add missing documentation pages to the PipeCD V1 documentation site. The content is already prepared in existing PRs, but they are too large to review at a faster pace. This issue tracks the work to split them into smaller, reviewable PRs.

Goal
Split the above PRs into multiple smaller PRs, with one page per PR, to make reviewing and merging easier.

Hi @eeshaanSA, thanks for creating the issue.
I can handle all the pages under PR #6345 (UserGuide / ManagingApplication) and send the respective PRs accordingly.

For clarity, the pages I’ll be handling from PR #6345 are:

• Adding an application
• Defining app configuration
• Customizing an application’s deployment pipeline
• Triggering a deployment
• Rolling back a deployment
• Configuration drift detection
• Secret management
• Deployment chain

I’ll split these into individual PRs (one page per PR) and link each PR back to this issue.

Keep in mind 2 files have been merged, and one PR (single file, for adding-an-app) is open. And also, the task is not only to copy and paste the files in a new PR, but also re-check and fix any minor grammar/spelling changes. Remember, do not do any major changes that alters the structure or wording before asking! Thanks in advance!
