Eligibility
This PR adds a new user-facing feature (clickable breadcrumbs with tree reveal) with complex state management involving multiple refs and retry-based scroll handling. It also modifies .macroscope/ configuration files which require human review. An open comment identifies a potential race condition in the suppression state tracking.
