fix(models): make gpt-6-sol and gpt-6-luna current

What Changed

In currentModels.codex, replaces gpt-5.6-sol and gpt-5.6-luna with gpt-6-sol and gpt-6-luna, and bumps updatedAt. Data-only change, same shape as #9762 for GPT-6-Astra.

Why

Codex discovers its own model list, and currentModels.codex is only the legacy-classification overlay. A newly released model that isn't listed there is discovered correctly but shown under Legacy models, which is wrong for a current model. The superseded gpt-5.6-sol and gpt-5.6-luna fold into Legacy models, still selectable, the same treatment older Codex models get.

Verified against the live Codex app server (model/list) on codex-cli 0.155.0: both are advertised today as gpt-6-sol ("GPT-6-Sol", efforts low/medium/high/xhigh/max/ultra, default medium) and gpt-6-luna ("GPT-6-Luna", efforts low/medium/high/xhigh/max, default medium).

Nothing else changes: no aliases are repointed and no defaults are changed, so existing selections keep working.
