[Bug]: Mobile structured user-input cards omit option descriptions #7304

Steps to reproduce

1. Open a thread in the native mobile app with a provider that supports structured user input.
2. Have the agent ask a structured question that contains option descriptions.
3. Compare the user-input card on mobile vs desktop/web.

Confirmed with Claude AskUserQuestion and Codex request_user_input.

Expected behavior

Each option should display its description beneath its label, matching the desktop/web clients.
