The specific grouped-tool row in your screenshot has been replaced. In the current Linux web client (Chromium 152), a group of 19 command activities shows “Ran 19 commands” with a terminal icon, not a downward disclosure chevron in the collapsed state. Clicking expands the group, and Enter collapses it again; the accessible expanded state follows both actions.

This check used 19 synthetic activity records in an isolated test environment, not a live provider run. It does not claim that every individual tool-detail disclosure has the same icon policy, or that native macOS was tested.

Current collapsed group of 19 synthetic command activities

Closing because the originally reported grouped-row behavior no longer reproduces. If you disagree or still see a misleading indicator on a current version, please open a new issue with the exact row and a current screenshot so we can test that case.
