[Feature]: Runtime errors should surface the actual error #2857

+1. I have been seeing a lot of runtime errors while using Claude recently and, while everything seems to work, it would be nice to know what is happening to see if it is something on my end or on T3 Code's end. Could be an opt-in debug/verbose switch in settings.
Fixed by #2872 + #2972 (shipped in v0.0.26): Claude Agent SDK system messages are now handled properly — the opaque runtime-warning flood is gone, and the actual message text is surfaced as the work-log row's summary with full detail retained. If you still see bare "Runtime error" chips on ≥0.0.26, comment and we'll reopen.

Currently, if the Claude agent returns a Runtime error, there is no way to debug the actual error.
