Bring back the side panel for tracking subagents

Subagents are now shown in a new mode inside the thread. It is much harder to see which subagents are running, which have finished and which stopped. The earlier side panel showed all of them at a glance. Please bring the side panel back, or offer it as a setting.

Thanks for the request! This is already being tracked in #15171, which asks for an optional Agents side panel (with running/finished status at a glance) to come back alongside the in-thread view.
