We've identified PANIC and DATA RACE issues in our test environment. These issues have existed for a long time and have been overlooked.

Describe the feature you'd like

• Implement a script to check the stdout.log for any PANIC or DATA RACE once an integration test case is completed.
• Collaborate with the EE team to enable the ti-chi-bot to post a comment in the PR section if any PANIC or DATA RACE issues are detected during the CI.
