What is changed and how it works?

• Refine QueryExecutor to hold the MemoryTracker instead of ProcessListEntry, ref Get rid of ProcessList for mpp query #6413
• change the log->id of PhysicalPlanNode from ${mpp_task_id} ${plan_type} to ${mpp_task_id} ${plan_type} ${executor_id}
• Hold the LoggerPtr in Operator, Task, Event, Pipeline, PipelineExecStatus, QueryExecutor.
• Add some logs of Task and Event, such as switchStatus, finish, schedule.
