What problem does this PR solve?
Issue Number: close #17794
Problem Summary:
If a user share a common prefix of wildcard host name like
%and127.0.0.1.showGrantswill regard them as same host name. So when you show grants ofroot@127.0.%, TiDB will gatherroot@%,root@127.%androot@127.0.%and print the sum privilege of these user.What is changed and how it works?
What's Changed:
Because parameter in
privilege.showGrantisAuthHostname. We can use string match to check host match directly rather than compare wildcard.Related changes
