Provide a performance benchmark report for IN function with million arguments

Development Task

We have already resolved #12970 providing the optimization of IN function by involving a hash map(#13594), but this work lacks a performance benchmark report.
It is appreciated to provide a performance benchmark report showing the speed improvement, CPU usage and memory usage.
