• Data inconsistency after adding index in ingest mode tidb#46033
• Daylight saving times are not properly handled during add index tidb#47426
• data inconsistency in table after upgrade tidb from 7.5 to nightly with enable tidb_enable_dist_task add index tidb#48724

And no new timestamp related issues were found.
