[Notifications] new notifications indicator not working

Steps to reproduce

• Login as admin
• Open the profile menu

Actual behaviour

• Indicator always shows '5'

Expected behaviour

• Indicator should show number of unread notifications

Environment

• Studio Nightly
• Windows
• Google Chrome
