Steps to reproduce

1. Create datahub file export with a date format as the file name
2. Use the email transmitter
3. Execute export and the filename is sent as %s instead of the actual date format config that was supplied

Actual Behavior

Send a file name like: FILENAME_%s.csv instead of FILENAME_2026-09-14.csv

Expected Behavior

Use the actual date that was configured as the filename when sending an email
