Localizedfields title and border settings not rendered in Studio object editor #411

Additional finding: this is not limited to
titleandborder. None of the localizedfields container-specific settings have any effect in the Studio object editor.The three tab-related settings (
tabPosition,maxTabs,hideLabelsWhenTabsReached) are arguably meaningless in Studio, since the language is chosen via the global selector and only a single locale is rendered at a time. The remaining settings (title,border,region,layout,width,height,labelWidth,labelAlign) were honored by the legacy Admin UI but are unimplemented here.All of these options are still offered in the class editor (
FieldDefinitionLocalizedfieldsFormFields,field-definition-localizedfields-form-fields.tsx) and are persisted, so the editor exposes settings that the object view silently ignores.

Steps to reproduce
localizedfieldsfield container.Actual Behavior
The localizedfields children render flat. Neither the configured title nor the border/fieldset wrapper is shown. The
titleandbordervalues are persisted in the class definition (Localizedfields::$title,Localizedfields::$border) but ignored at render time.Expected Behavior
When
borderis enabled and/or atitleis set on the localizedfields container, the Studio editor should render a titled fieldset/panel around the localized children, matching the legacy Admin UI behavior.Relates: https://pimcore.atlassian.net/browse/PEES-1594
