- Add AllowReordering property to enable/disable reordering pages - Support using DocumentControl.Enabled to disable the control completely (and not children) - Property fire load/unload events by setting parent

- Fix issue when removing a tab, need to calculate after setting the selected index. - Graphics.DrawText shouldn't do anything if text is null or empty - WinForms: fix drawing an icon with a specified size - Wpf: DocumentControlHandler should calculate sizes when control size changes.
