This PR introduces a few small quality-of-life improvements, as reported here.

  • Positions in the CLI are now 1-indexed rather than 0-indexed.
  • A validation routine was introduced in the CLI for target nodes.
  • A misleading error was clarified, along with the library error representation in general.
  • Documentation was updated.
