These docs look great!
Cc: @furi0us333 for a heads up that we'll be adding a section to the docs for extensions. This will likely require some manual manipulation in readme.com to fixup the page layout
This patch updates the CLI documentation to bring it up to date with the CLI's `--help` output and adds new documentation for helping users write their own extensions. The documentation has also been restructured to more closely match the target hierarchy, cleaning up the docs directory. Closes #419.
