Copy the extension to phpBB/ext/senky/sentiment
Go to "ACP" > "Customise" > "Extensions" and enable the "Sentiment" extension.

Get notified when a negative topic is created or even push the post to the moderation queue. Warn user about the language prior to posting or demote him from a prominent group.
