If there is a new maintainer, then their first task could be to get it going with PIE...
But I can't see a way of adding a new maintainer without the form.

OK thanks - I will revert the removal of the new account form at least, but highlight that new packages cannot be added and the form can only be used for maintainers of existing packages 👍 |
