Occasional 'module not found' breaks build, but passes on retry

It seems like for some reason modules can not get found. The one time its the one module, the other time another module.

Thereafter retrying the build then results in a successful run again.

The output on the reason why the module was not found is not shown, is there a more verbose output mode so I can provide more additional context?

Hmm -v or -vv should give more verbose output; it may just be network connectivity/reliability in the Packagist lookup 🤔

Added the verbosity to the Dockerfile. For the modules that do get installed the output is way more verbose, but for the modules that do not get installed and lead to exit code 1 the output still is the same single "no packages were found for ..." as on the screenshots above.
