Sorry to bother you with this change...
But Fedora Guidelines want "No bundled library".
The copylib was acceptable when only pecl/memcached was using it. But pecl/yac and pecl/couchbase also use it, so It make sense to have it shared.
This change should be "noop" for standard build.
