'pgb ls' removes title text when sent through stdout

'pgb ls' removes title text when sent through stdout. This makes it difficult to find the application key from the app name using grep.

hmm i'll fix this ... BUT for the time being when you specify title explicitly for the table like this:

> pgb ls title | grep 'apple maps'

it will work.

Thanks! The usage info or docs didn’t say you could do this. There have been some messages on the PGB blog asking for help. I finally figured out how to pass key unlock passwords by reading the code. The docs could use some improvement.
