resourceDepthInClassNames not respected when using Spring4RestTemplateClientRule #159

Description
It would be great if resourceDepthInClassNames property would be applied when generating clients with Spring4RestTemplateClientRule the same way it is used with Spring4ControllerDecoratorRule.
This way we would be able to control client names so we could avoid names overlap.
