Running minify.pl fails

When running the installation shell script, the following error occurs when running minify.pl:

root@Server:/ctsms# perl /ctsms/bulk_processor/CTSMS/BulkProcessor/Projects/WebApps/minify.pl --folder=/ctsms/bulk_processor/CTSMS/BulkProcessor/Projects/WebApps/Signup Died at /ctsms/bulk_processor/CTSMS/BulkProcessor/Projects/WebApps/minify.pl line 83.

I have tested this on the command line as well and by redownloading the bulk_processor repository, this is consistent behavior, it seems to be related to recent changes to the bulk processor repository. I observed this behavior on Debian 12 Bookworm.
